Shipping policy

Each ring is made to order. Production usually takes 3–4 business days after we receive your order and engraving details. We hand completed orders to our shipping partner twice a week, so there may be additional time between production and dispatch. Shipping time begins after dispatch and is additional to production and the wait for the next handoff.

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Orders ship from Canada through our cross-border shipping partner, and USPS completes delivery within the United States. Standard Shipping is US$4.99, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after dispatch. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed order-to-delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, and remote destinations can add time.
